Live focus enhancement (Live extending focal depth) is added.

By Live focus enhancement (Live extending focal depth), users can do Focus enhancement (Extending focal depth) on live preview window without capturing any image.
So user can move stage on many different target locations while doing Focus enhancement on Live. Live measurement can be done on the same preview window also. 
Please see the webzine on the right side for the explanation in detail.
Acquire > Live focus enhancement command shows the menu widow.

a. First move stage and focus knob to start focus enhancement.
b. Clicking Active button, and then Live focus enhancement starts.
c. Moving Z focus knob slowly. We will see in focus image on live.
d. Clicking Clone image button, in focus image is on Context window for ready to be saved.
e. Clicking Active button resumes live preview window. 

User can do Live focus enhancement and Live measurement on different location again and again without capturing any image.
