New functions are added for
measurement accuracy enhancement.

1. The center point of cross line in Acquire > Overlay Settings can be moved by mouse click. With the function, user does not need to place object on the center point all the time. Instead center point can be moved based on the object placement.

2. The center point of circle is seen.
Radius or diameter is shown based on the circle measurement functions.

3. Right mouse clicking on the Tool List shows the customize menu where icons can be added and removed.
Two new functions, horizontal line and vertical line, are added. When editing, the ending point of each line is seen to enhance measurement accuracy.

4. Multi width measurement function is added for the automatic measurement of the objects having regular pattern.  There are three measuring options selecting Dark, Bright, and both pattern.

5. Only selected overlay can be deleted by drawing ROI.
Drawing ROI and then selecting Delete key.
